Paul Burger has been working in the Environmental Consulting/Industrial Hygiene industry since 1994.

He started NoVA Environmental Solutions (based in Winchester, VA) in 2016 and acquired Geller Environmental Labs (based in Fairfax, VA) in 2023. 

His company has a team of licensed asbestos inspectors, asbestos project monitors, lead inspectors, and mold inspectors. Our team has a combined 100 years of experience in the industry.

As a Senior Industrial Hygienist, Paul provides expertise in the anticipation, recognition, evaluation, control, and prevention of hazards that may result in injury, illness, or affect the well-being of occupants. He conducts technical, complex environmental inspections to determine compliance with applicable statutes, rules, and standards; review facility plans, previous inspection reports; observe facility in operation; collect data and samples and perform analytical analysis where necessary to ascertain exposure to chemical, physical, radiological and/or biological health hazards.

John has been a member of the Central Virginia ASHI chapter since 1999, serving as Chapter President twice. He also chaired the Education Committee for many years.
