Come join us for our seminar where you will get valuable information about newer high efficiency equipment including extra devices often used in homes. Become knowledgeable about newer insulation types and techniques and learn how to keep pests from wreaking havoc in homes.

Tom is a well known HVAC contractor and has been in the area for many years. He will share with us his knowledge of the pluses and minuses of the latest, greatest high efficiency equipment.

Tom works for Southland Insulators, Inc. He knows first hand what it takes to make a home more energy efficient.Tom is an expert on insulating crawl spaces, attic and all areas of a home that need insulation.
Brian Delaney
Brian is a member of the National Pest Management Association- Past Pres. of VPMA and will explain how their organization uses Best Practices to rid homes of unwanted critters (the bug variety)

PEER Review, IBR and MIBR
At the end of the first day you may become an IBR or MIBR after a thorough review by your peers. Another option is to do an Educational Review (no pass or fail). NOVA-ASHI has an executed Certi Certification Mark License Agreement with the ASHI Great Lakes Chapter.
Jim Funkhouser
Jim is the chairman of the Peer Review committee. Both he and Greg Caudill visited the Great Lakes Chapter and went through the Peer Review program they have created.
