Fred Heppner is the President and principal inspector of Heppner Associates, Inc. of Fairfax, Virginia. He has been a full time home inspector since 1989 and has performed over 8,000 home inspections. Fred serves as the Governor's appointee on the state board which certifies home inspectors in Virginia. He has held leadership positions in professional organizations for home inspectors on the local, state and national levels. He has taught home inspection courses for five years and is currently an instructor at the ITA facility in Manassas, Virginia.
